Good News Cross Country Skiers
We are open and still grooming
The good news is even though we lost a lot of snow the last couple of days our snow base remains intact. Due to today's predicted rain we will not be grooming. Our snow base will survive the rain very well. Once rain stops we will be out grooming again. We have been offering the best spring conditions in decades and still expect excellent spring conditions for the weekend. Our skiers are amazed with the trail conditions. We groomed extensively on our Western Network yesterday, will groom again after rain.
Previously groomed and open: Waterfall Trail, Experimental Forest Trails, Albany Brook Trail Network and #19, #19a, Upper Saco River Trail, Lower Fields, Pine Forest Loop, Village loop Trail, #41, and # 42.Trails to Attitash MT Village and through to Fields of Attitash are closed, the train is in operation and we cannot be on the tracks. Skiing and snowshoeing from conservation area is still allowed. Don't give up on winter, we expect to be offering quality skiing for Easter weekend.
