Good News Cross Country Skiers
We are open and grooming daily
We are offering the best spring conditions in decades! Our skiers are amazed with the trail conditions. With today's sun it will be an awesome day on the trails, no better way to enjoy the day. Bring sunglasses and sunscreen and come on out! We groomed extensively on our Western Network last evening. This allows trails to set up overnight and slows the softening on warm days. Freshly groomed trails will have a machine groomed loose granular surface in AM hours and wet granular snow later in the day. Best skiing will be in AM hours then catch some rays in afternoon.
Freshly groomed: Waterfall Trail, Experimental Forest Trails, Albany Brook Trail Network and #19, #19a, Upper Saco River Trail, Lower Fields, Pine Forest Loop, Village loop Trail, #41, and # 42.Trails to Attitash MT Village and through to Fields of Attitash are closed, the train is in operation and we cannot be on the tracks. Skiing and snowshoeing from conservation area is still allowed. Yates Farm Network is a previously groomed trail, there will be about4"of snow on top (spring snowshoeing and back country). Don't give up on winter, we expect to be offering quality skiing for Easter weekend.
