bnst conditions

                       1/2/19

Good News Cross Country Skiers! Looking for excellent trail conditions on scenic trails? We have them

We received 5" new snow from Monday's storm.

The snow was very wet, not great for grooming. We restricted our grooming yesterday to allow snow to dry and set up. Now that temps have dropped snow is grooming nicely. We are grooming fresh tracks and skate lanes today. Trail conditions are fantastic. Trails have a machine groomed powder- packed powder surface (no ice) on a 8" -18" base. Due to sensible snow management, we always provide best condition available

Freshly groomed today: Waterfall Trail, Experimental Forest Trails, East Albany brook trails, Upper Meadow, East Pasture to Lower Saco River Trail. Also the Scenic and simple Lower Fields out to River Trails.

Come find out what our skiers already know: At Bear Notch Ski Touring we work hard to provide skiers with the best conditions possible.

Let us make a Bear Notch Believer out of you.
