bnst conditions

                                      3/5/18

 Good news cross country skiers.

  Looking for excellent trail conditions?

We have them. Come Ski the Difference

We received about 1" of light powder last night. Our base is holding out well. This new snow is grooming in nicely. We have freshly groomed extensively on Our Western Trail Network and the Village Loop again today.  Groomed trails have a nice loose granular-new snow mix surface. Previously groomed trails will be a little firmer with new snow on top and offer a ski nice. Trails to Attitash Village through to Fields of Attitash were freshly groomed Saturday and will ski well today. Beginners will love our scenic and simple river trails, the river is flowing well. A portion of Yates Farm Trail Network was groomed Wednesday, couple of thin spots but still a fun ski for intermediate skiers. Our picnic tables are out. Come out and enjoy an excellent ski with a scenic outside lunch.

Trail surface- Machine groomed loose granular- in morning, wet granular in afternoon. Previously groomed trails will ski better than freshly groomed trails in afternoon hours.

Freshly Groomed: Waterfall Trail, Albany Brook Trail network, Lower Fields, Saco River Trails, Experimental Forest Trails and Village Loop. Trails to Attitash Village through to Fields of Attitash groomed Monday.

Come find out what our skiers know. At Bear Notch Ski Touring, we work hard to provide the best conditions possible.

Let us make a Bear Notch Believer out of you
