Good News Cross Country Skier
Going, Going, Gone
Western Trail Network has minimal snow coverage in some areas. Any diehard skiers would have to do some walking to connect the skiing. Still enjoyable. Birds are chirping and the streams are flowing, a very pleasant spring adventure. Pack a lunch and enjoy one of the picnic tables. (complimentary)

Once groomed trails surface is a machine groomed loose granular in AM hours –wet granular after temp's rise. Best conditions will be after 10 am today. Skiers are still impressed with our spring skiing conditions. Birds are chirping and the streams are flowing, a very pleasant spring adventure. Come enjoy the best trail conditions available on pristine uncrowded trails. Great day to pack a lunch and enjoy one of the picnic tables.
Our trail network is open for Season Pass Holders (Bear Notch Believers). Plus, an additional 75-day pass holders (by reservation)
Groomed and ready: Waterfall Trail (#2), some gray ice to start then turns to a good ski, Experimental Forest Trail (#19) very nice snow coverage, East Albany Brook Trails (#5) decent snow coverage fun ski, Lower Fields, thin coverage, trail #11 and our Scenic and Simple Upper Saco River Trail (#16, #17) thin coverage with couple of bare spots, probably last day for this area
Yates Farm Trail Network (#31) not groomed firm in AM, will ski better after temp's rise, fun spring skiing with some bare spots.

Good News Cross Country Skiers

Due to last week's extreme wind our trails had a large amount of blow down. We spent 5 days removing fallen trees, branches and debris from trails. Then we freshly groomed the trails we have been able to clear. The result, in most areas, is a clean loose granular- packed powder trail surface in AM hours Wet Granular after temps rise It was a lot of work but was worth it. Skiers are impressed with our trail condition. Great day to grab a lunch and enjoy the picnic tables. Come find out what you have been missing!
Freshly Groomed: Waterfall Trail (#2), Experimental Forest Trail (#19), East Albany Brook Trails (#5), Lower Fields, trail #11
 and our Scenic and Simple Upper and Lower Saco River Trails (#16, #17 ). Yates Farm. Trail Network (#31 ) The Bartlett brook Trail #42 and The Village loop (#40 to#30). Trails to Fields of Attitash (#50) were freshly groomed Sunday

We have freshly groomed our Western Trail Network, the Scenic and Simple Saco River Trails, The Village Loop and Yates Farm Network again today. This is a slow process and we will go for quality over quantity. Give us a little time and skiing will be fine.
