Good News Cross Country Skiers
We received 11" new snow overnight
Our Trail Conditions were unbelievably good before this new snow, Packed Powder - Sugar granular Mix (No ice). The new snow will be icing on the cake.
Now that storm has ended we are out grooming fresh tracks and skate lanes. It is a slow groom today, give us a little time and skiing will be fine. We are grooming on Western Trail Network first. Then on to other portions of our network. Trails not yet groomed will have 11" new snow on a previously groomed surface, a fun benign back country powder ski. It is a winter wonderland on trails today. Don't miss it. Come out and enjoy! Yates may get groomed later today.
35KM open
Grooming in progress on: Waterfall Trail, Experimental Forest Trails, East Albany brook trails, Upper Meadow, East Pasture, Lower fields,
Upper and Lower Scenic and simple Saco river trails,
, #22, 19a, #42 and #7. Yates Farm Trail was freshly groomed yesterday and remain in great shape. Trails to Attitash MT Village were groomed earlier in the week and have a firm track and skate lanes with 11" new snow on top. Best skiing is on our Western Trail Network.
Due to sensible snow management Bear Notch Ski Touring always has best conditions available.
Come find out what our skiers already know: At Bear Notch Ski Touring we work hard to provide skiers with the best conditions possible.
Let us make a Bear Notch Believer out of you.
