bnst conditions

                                   1/26/19

    Good News Cross Country Skiers

Our Trail Conditions are unbelievably good Sugar granular-Packed Powder Mix (sweet)

We received 16" of new dry snow from last storm prior to the rain. Our snow base was 24" to 34" deep and absorbed the rain surprisingly well. You will have to ski it to believe it

The quality of the snow actually improved with the rain. What was a dry squeaky snow is now a machine groomed Sugar Granular - Packed Powder surface (good kick and glide). It has taken many hours of grooming to produce these conditions. Come Ski the Difference.

Time to get out and enjoy!

35KM open  - 25km freshly groomed.

Freshly groomed today: Waterfall Trail, Experimental Forest Trails, East Albany brook trails, Upper Meadow, East Pasture, Lower fields,

Upper and Lower Scenic and simple Saco river trails,

, #22, 19a, #42 and #7 and Yates Farm Trail. No ice or wet spots. Trails to Attitash MT Village were groomed earlier in the week. Best skiing on Western Trail Network

Due to superior snow management Bear Notch Ski Touring always has best conditions available.

Come find out what our skiers already know: At Bear Notch Ski Touring we work hard to provide skiers with the best conditions possible.

Let us make a Bear Notch Believer out of you.
