                  12/21/17

   Good news cross country skiers

We are Open and Grooming!

Now that temps have dropped we will be out grooming in yesterday's light coating of snow. The result is trails are grooming out quite nicely. Trail surface– Packed powder - Powder. Tracks have been set in some areas. We are selling day passes at early season prices, $15/adult- $10/Sr - 16 and under ski free with paying adult. We have X-C ski and snowshoe rentals available. Come on out enjoy an early season ski. Classical skiing is best at this point. Base is still soft.

We are open for skiers, snowshoers, rentals,

Season membership passes, new and used equipment sales and gift certificates for Christmas.

We are grooming on a limited basis at this point, even though it is cold today. We do not want to risk grooming the snow too hard at this point. We will open more trails by weekend.

We have been grooming on: Waterfall trail, Experimental Forest Trails, Albany Brook trail, Upper Saco River Trail, Upper Meadow and Lower Fields. Groomed trails have very nice early season conditions, skiers are impressed.

Let us make a Bear Notch Believer out of you.
