We have a limited amount very nice X-C conditions. Now that the snow has drained and set up, we are out grooming. Groomed trails have a machine groomed packed powder surface. Plan to open more trails when they are ready. Unfortunately, our upper Saco River trail suffered extreme flooding and will not be open until it is repaired.  Call ahead for update.

                     

 Freshly groomed: Upper Meadow, Waterfall Trail to Experimental Forest Trails and Albany Brook Trails. We have tracks and skate lanes in these areas. Quality over Quantity today.
