  Good News Cross Country Skiers

We received 2" new snow overnight. Looking for excellent trail conditions? We have them!

Our trail network is open for Season Pass Holders (Bear Notch Believers). Plus, an additional 50-day pass holders (by reservation only 374-2277). Be one of the 50 happy skiers

Grooming extensively on our Western Trail Network. This new snow is grooming out great. The result a machine groomed packed powder. Skiers are impressed with our conditions. Though we will be opening more trails. We groom for quality over quantity every day.

Grooming first on: Waterfall Trail, Experimental Forest Trail, East Albany Brook Trail, Lower Fields, trail #11 and our scenic and simple Upper and Lower Saco River Trails and Yates Farm trails. We roughed out Trails on Bartlett brook Trail network, mostly good with few weak spots. The 10 km Village loop is open for (advanced skiers only)

Due to the corvid-19 virus, we are issuing day passes to the general public on a limited basis. This will make keeping social distance easier. This policy will change as winter progresses depending on progress of pandemic. Unfortunately, currently the virus is running rampant. For the safety of our staff and you, our skiers. We will be strict about, limiting public exposure, social distancing and mask wearing until we are comfortable that relaxing them is safe to do.

All transaction done by reservation only, no walk ins

Let us a Bear Notch Believer out of you.

We do take this virus very seriously, but believe with proper precautions, people can and should still enjoy outdoor sports safely. It is our goal to send you home with pleasant memories not the virus.

Due to concerns about the corona virus. Unfortunately, we have closed all public indoor areas. We will no longer be serving soups or bread. Our warming station area and rental area are closed to public use.  Rentals are available for learn to ski packages only. Reservations are required for all transactions. We have several picnic tables spaced out for public use. We recommend bringing a lunch and enjoy some scenic open air dining. Though this is less than perfect it is better than nothing.
