bnst conditions

Good News Cross Country Skiers 3/15/19

Temps are warm, conditions are hot. Come on out and enjoy a pleasant spring ski, before winter returns.

To groom or not to groom that is the question.

Our remarkably deep base (27"-46") is surviving this warm spell very well. Temps did not drop below freezing, but trails did glaze slightly. We groomed as needed on our Western Trail Network today (the favorite ones). Previously groomed trails remain in surprisingly good shape. Due to last night's mild temps snow did not set up that much. Most trails do not require grooming today, conditions are already very good and will ski better today if left alone.

                         Come ski the difference!

Groomed trails have wet snow surface. A fun spring ski.

Come find out what you have been missing.
