After receiving 3" new snow yesterday, we have groomed extensively throughout our trail system. We have freshly groomed our Western Network, Eastern Trail Network, Yates Farm Network, Bartlett Brook, The Scenic Saco River Trails and more. Packed Powder-Moist Snow trail surface. Come out enjoy superb trail conditions on pristine uncrowded trails.

Freshly groomed today: Waterfall Trail (#2), Experimental Forest Trail (#19), East Albany Brook Trails (#5&#6), Lower Fields, trail #11&#13 and our Scenic and Simple Upper and Lower Saco River Trails (#16, #17 &#30) and Yates Farm. Now that temps have dropped we are grooming.

It will be quality over quantity today.

Our scenic and Simple Saco river Trails are awesome every day.

 After 48 hrs. above freezing snow became moist. Now that temps are dropping trail surface has glazed. We are out grooming the glaze off and trail surface comes out nice (packed powder – moist snow trail surface) But snow under is still moist and with today's cooler temps will tend to set up again. If that happens we plan to groom trail surface again as day goes on. (Quality over Quantity) Give us a little time then, come enjoy best conditions possible on pristine uncrowded trails.

It is currently snowing 2" dense silky snow so far. Grooming with storm today.

Our trail network is open for Season Pass Holders (Bear Notch Believers). Plus, an additional 75-day pass holders (by reservation only 374-2277).

Due to reports this storm is supposed to end around noon.  We will be grooming with the storm. I would not hurry getting here. We plan to commence grooming around 9:00am.  We do take this virus very seriously, but believe with proper precautions, people can and should still enjoy outdoor sports safely. It is our goal to send you home with pleasant memories not the virus.

Due to concerns about the corona virus. Unfortunately, we have closed all public indoor areas. We will no longer be serving soups or bread. Our warming station area and rental area are closed to public use.  Rentals are available for learn to ski packages only. Reservations are required for all transactions. We have several picnic tables spaced out for public use. We recommend bringing a lunch and enjoy some scenic open air dining. Though this is less than perfect it is better than nothing.
